Terms of Service

Welcome to mytaste ("we", "us", or "our"). By using mytaste at mytaste.fit (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

mytaste is a visual search and discovery tool for secondhand fashion. You can photograph a garment to find it — and things like it — across secondhand marketplaces, and browse a feed that learns your taste from what you rate.

We sell nothing. We hold no inventory, process no orders, and take no payment for items. Every result links directly to the original listing on the marketplace where it is sold. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any marketplace whose listings appear in results, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or pricing of third-party listings, or for any transaction you enter into on a third-party platform.

The Service is in private beta. It is free to use, and there are no paid plans. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and we may limit, suspend, or revoke beta access at any time. If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape or extract data from the Service in an automated manner beyond normal use.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical measures.
• Upload malicious content or material you do not have the right to use.

You keep ownership of the photos you submit. By submitting a photo you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process it in order to run your search and improve the Service's results. See the Privacy Policy for how photos are handled.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed SGD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
